This agreement is entered into on this date by and between the European Top Soccer Academy ("Club") and the undersigned player and their parent(s) or legal guardian(s) ("Player" and "Parent/Guardian").

Program Overview
Euro Soccer Academy is committed to offering elite-level training to youth players in Springfield and Southwest Missouri. Our goal is to foster technical excellence, tactical understanding, and character development in every player. This agreement outlines the financial and participation terms for the upcoming competitive year.
📅 Season Structure & Training Commitment
- Season Duration: August 1, 2025 to May 31, 2026
- Training Schedule:
- Each outdoor season runs for 10 weeks
- 2 practices per week, each lasting 1.5 hours
- 20 sessions per season = 30 total training hours
- Futsal Season (Winter):
- Training format and duration for the futsal season may vary and will be announced closer to the winter session. Players can expect a lighter training volume compared to the outdoor seasons, with a focus on technical footwork, quick play, and small-sided games.
💳 Fee Breakdown (Per Player)
Outdoor Season Training Fees:
⚽Season 1 (Fall): $300
20 sessions x $15 = $300
⚽Season 2 (Spring): $300
20 sessions x $15 = $300
⚽Futsal Season (Winter):
Futsal Indoor Training Fee: $100 per session x 2 = $200
Annual Fees:
- Field Use Fee (Annual): $75
- Tactical Online Meetings (Annual): $25
Additional Fees (Billed Separately):
- League Fees: Approximately $65 per season (actual cost may vary by roster)
- Uniform Costs: Soccer Kit ~$230 (includes home and away jerseys, shorts, socks, warm-up top, and bag)
- Tournament Fees: Calculated separately based on participation
📈 Estimated Total (Per Player): $900
This estimate excludes league, uniform, and tournament fees.
🚪 Financial Terms & Commitments
Early Payment Incentive: Families who pay the full-year base fee total of $900 (Fall, Winter, and Spring training fees + Field and Online fees) by the August due date will receive two complimentary 30-minute private training sessions to be scheduled during the season. This is our way of thanking you for your commitment and support!
- All seasonal and annual fees are due prior to the first scheduled game of each season.
- Separate invoices will be provided for league registration, uniforms, and tournaments.
- Missed practices do not result in refunds.
- Cancelled practices due to weather will be rescheduled when possible but are not guaranteed.
- Payment plans may be available upon request and approval.
- Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued after the first week of each season unless due to documented injury or family relocation.
- Late Payment Terms: Payments not received within 10 days of the due date will incur a $25 late fee. Continued nonpayment may result in suspension from training or matches until resolved.
- Accepted Payment Methods: Payments will not be due until August 2025. Families will receive a detailed invoice on or about July 15 with due dates prior to the season start.
✉️ Communication & Participation
- Parents/Guardians must keep contact information current.
- Tactical meetings will be conducted virtually and attendance is expected.
- Players are expected to attend at least 90% of practices barring illness or emergency.
- Families must confirm availability for games and tournaments within 48 hours of team communications.
- All team communication will occur via [TeamSnap/GroupMe/etc. - TBD].

📝 Club, Player, and Parent Commitments
Club Commitment:
The Club agrees to:
- Provide a structured and safe environment for soccer training and competition.
- Offer professional coaching and training according to the Club's standards and guidelines.
- Organize and schedule games, tournaments, and practices.
- Communicate effectively with players and parents regarding schedules, events, and any changes.
Player Commitment:
The Player agrees to:
- Attend all scheduled practices, games, and tournaments, unless excused by the coach.
- Arrive on time and be prepared for all practices and games.
- Maintain a high level of effort, discipline, and sportsmanship.
- Respect coaches, teammates, opponents, referees, and all Club representatives.
- Adhere to the Club's code of conduct and any additional team rules.
Parent/Guardian Commitment:
The Parent/Guardian agrees to:
- Ensure the Player attends all scheduled practices, games, and tournaments.
- Support the Player's commitment to the Club and its activities.
- Communicate any scheduling conflicts or issues to the coach in a timely manner.
- Demonstrate sportsmanship and respect towards coaches, referees, players, and other parents.
- Adhere to the Club's parent code of conduct.
🏥 Medical Authorization
In the event of an injury or illness during a Club activity, the Parent/Guardian authorizes the Club to seek medical treatment for the Player. The Parent/Guardian agrees to provide the Club with any necessary medical information or emergency contacts.
⚖️ Waiver and Release
The Parent/Guardian and Player acknowledge that soccer is a physically demanding sport and involves inherent risks. The Parent/Guardian and Player agree to hold the Club, its coaches, officials, and representatives harmless from any liability for injuries or damages that may occur during Club activities.
🆔 Player Cards
The Player shall facilitate the obtaining of Player Cards required for participation in MYSA-sanctioned events. The Parent/Guardian agrees to complete the process by July 15, 2025.
🚫 Code of Conduct Policy
To foster a positive and unified club culture, any form of negative talk, gossip, or conduct that undermines players, coaches, parents, or the Club's mission is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to:
- Verbal or written complaints made outside of proper channels
- Undermining coaches or teammates
- Spreading rumors or disparaging remarks, whether in-person or online
Violations of this policy may result in immediate removal from the Club without refund or release. The Club reserves the right to determine when conduct violates this standard in its sole discretion.
🚷 Anti-Bullying Policy
Euro Soccer Academy maintains a zero-tolerance stance on bullying in any form, including physical, verbal, emotional, or cyberbullying. This applies to all players, coaches, and parents both during and outside of Club activities.
Bullying includes, but is not limited to:
- Teasing, name-calling, or intimidation
- Social exclusion or spreading rumors
- Threatening or aggressive behavior
- Cyberbullying through text, social media, or other digital platforms
All allegations of bullying will be taken seriously and investigated. Consequences may include suspension or removal from the Club without refund or release. The Club is committed to creating a safe, respectful environment for all participants.** The Club reserves the right to determine when conduct violates this standard in its sole discretion.
